Hi, I’m Emily, and I’ve always dreamed of opening a coffee shop.
For as long as I can remember, coffee has been a constant in my life — the smell of a fresh brew in the morning, shared cups with friends, quiet moments during chaotic days. But over the past few years, coffee has become so much more than a daily ritual. It’s turned into a true passion and creative outlet — a hobby that brings me peace, joy, and connection.
That passion has grown into something bigger: By The Sea Coffee — a mobile espresso bar inspired by my love for the coast, community, and meaningful, everyday moments. My goal is to bring beautiful, high-quality coffee to local markets, weddings, and events — to create experiences that feel special, warm, and a little like golden hour by the sea.
Starting a small business is both exciting and expensive — and that’s why I’m asking for your support. Funds raised will go toward the purchase and buildout of the coffee cart, equipment (espresso machine, grinder, sink setup), permits, and initial supplies needed to bring this dream to life.
