After almost 10 years of enduring painful cortisone injections in my knees, I was finally approved for total knee replacement. August 13 was the day and it was a success. I am in a lot of pain right now, but it should start to decrease over the next several weeks.
This all came together very fast. I am using the last of my sick time, (used all of it Dec 2023 for torn rotator cuff and only built up a small amount). I am applying for disability and the Colorado famli benefits but have yet to be approved for those.
Any extra help I can get at this time will be greatly appreciated, and go a long way to my mental health along with the physical health.
I know times are tough for most, but I will not turn down generosity at this time.
