As you know for the past few years I’ve been studying psychology at The University of Texas at San Antonio. I've learned about people and society, but the most important thing I've learned is how to care for and help others, creating a safe environment for those in need. I'm looking for supporters who will stand by me while I study in Australia this summer. I will be studying at The University of Sydney, where I will be able to learn more and form relationships with students and locals.
In my preparation I have been selected to an intensive study abroad program in Sydney studying psychology. Not only will this program give me real world experience, I will even be able to earn credit for my degree plan. Embarking on this journey will allow me to explore my studies in a new context and new fresh perspectives. I plan to fully immerse myself in the community Sydney has to offer, forming lifelong friendships with both other students and locals.
