Covid hit us hard and we lost work but it was Cash work so we can't use the covid help and now they have cut our power off even though we have paid every month on our bill and we try to use as little as possible but our bill is right at $800 and that is for 2 months but they added this month to make us have to pay it in order to get it turned back on so I am asking for help because I'm on permanent oxygen all the time and without it I won't be here I checked with my doctor because covid is the one is what put me in the hospital and I left with a heart damage and lung damage and I have to be on oxygen now so anything will help I am tapped out with family because our family just doesn't have that much it's paycheck-to-paycheck for everybody or they've been hurt and they couldn't work we at we are good Christian people I'm on disability but I don't get that much and we pay our bills every month but when you have one bill that is $600 for your electricity bill and you're used to paying 110 and 190 and all of a sudden it's a $600 bill then you're just like how am I going to pay that and next month it's 300 I because of some sort of extra fee they have to charge because our actual electric was 110 and then they added 144 an adjustment on the electric because it cost them more is what they told me but any help would be appreciated and everything will go towards the paying the city bill
