Our mom (67 years old) Socorro, mother of 4 & one granddaughter (Pablo, Dario, Amanda, Monica & Adriana) was diagnosed with lung Cancer earlier in the year, 2 weeks ago we learned it spread to her throat making it an advanced Cancer. We have been searching how to proceed and it’s been an overwhelming rollercoaster. She started chemo on Wednesday April 20th at Galenia Hospital in Cancun, she is losing weight by the minute, she is weak in body but strong in spirit however as she does not have insurance, the immunotherapy that could be added to her chemotherapy to help her, its way out of our budget $238,905 Mexican pesos ($11,945 usd) per session. Total: $83,617.75 usd.
According to the doctor she might need 6 to 8 chemo therapies to hopefully control the cancer. Ideally would be the best with the added immunotherapy to make her stronger and with less pain therefore, we are asking for your support please to be able to pay the therapies with all the package: chemo medicines plus the immunotherapy for 7 more sessions. Next one is on May 11th , 2022.

Nuestra mamá (67 años de edad), Socorro, mamá de 4 hijos y 1 nieta (Pablo, Dario, Amanda, Monica y Adriana), fue diagnosticada con Cáncer de Pulmón a inicio del año, hace 2 semanas se extendió a su garganta en ganglios, haciéndolo mas avanzado. Hemos buscado como proceder y ha sido abrumante. Inicio su quimioterapia el 20 de abril en el Hospital Galenia en Cancún, y ha perdido bastante beso, está débil el cuerpo más su espíritu es fuerte. Debido a que no tiene seguro médico, la medicina de inmunoterapia que podría ser parte de la quimioterapia, no pudimos agregarla pues esta fuera de nuestro presupuesto. El costo de cada una es $238,905 pesos ($11945 dólares). Total: $83,617.75 dólares
De acuerdo a su doctora, requerirá de 6 a 8 quimioterapias para controlar el cáncer. Idealmente seria mejor hacerla junto con la inmunoterapia para que sean menos las secuelas y menos dolor, por tal, solicitamos de su apoyo para poder pagar las terapias completas, quimio más inmunoterapia de 7 sesiones. La siguiente le corresponde el 11 de Mayo, 2022.
