My name is Courtney Goins, and I’m reaching out on behalf of myself and my two miracle babies.
This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do—I never imagined I’d be in a place where I’d need to ask for help. But after a very difficult season, we’re trying to rebuild our lives from the ground up.
**Our Story**
Recently, my children and I have been without stable housing, staying in hotels just to remain safe. Without a reliable insurance, I can’t work (I deliver to provide for my family), and I can’t get my daughter to school or therapy. My storage unit is past due and about to go up for auction.(My mother's ashes, the kids bed,the last ring my mother gave me.)
On July 24th, my daughter was officially diagnosed with autism. She thrives on routine, and big changes are very hard for her. Consistent therapy is critical right now, especially as the school year continues, but without insurance, keeping that stability is nearly impossible.
Why It Matters
Insuring my vehicle will mean:
A safe and stable environment for my children.5 years old 3 year old
Reliable access to my daughter’s therapy and school.
The ability to work and continue providing for my family.
I don't want to lose my stuff I have.
**PLEASE understand we tried shelters but my daughter truly can't handle it I struggle with PTSD and it is hard for me as well.We are on wait-list for assistance in Newport news and Hampton.Resources are stretched thin or cut off completely.**
💜**Every prayer, every share, and every bit of support means the world to us. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You🩷💙for helping us take these steps toward stability and healing.**💜
With love and gratitude,
Courtney🐼🐧
