I’m running the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon for something bigger than miles.
I’m running for the moments that test us.
The moments that try to break us.
The moments where people feel like they’re fighting alone.
I’m proud to be part of Imerman Angels—an organization that stands in that gap.
Their mission is simple, but powerful: no one should face cancer alone.
Through one-on-one connections, they match cancer fighters, survivors, previvors, and caregivers with someone who has already walked that road. Someone who understands. Someone who can say, “I’ve been there—and you’re going to get through this.”
But for me… this is personal.
This is Lion Mode.
Lion Mode isn’t about hype.
It’s about discipline when it’s hard.
It’s about resilience when life hits.
It’s about choosing to show up—even when everything in you wants to quit.
The marathon is just 26.2 miles.
For many fighting cancer, it’s a battle that doesn’t come with a finish line.
So I run to represent something:
- Strength in the middle of struggle
- Faith when the outcome isn’t clear
- And the reminder that no one should have to fight alone
Every step I take through New York City is for someone who needs support, encouragement, and connection.
Every dollar raised helps Imerman Angels continue matching individuals with mentors who bring real understanding—not just sympathy.
This isn’t just a race.
This is impact.
This is purpose.
This is Lion Mode in motion.
If this message resonates with you, I’m asking you to stand with me.
