I am raising money to help my "spiritual son " Natasha ( Jawara Fabakaray) of Gambia pay for his medical bills . His doctor at the facility he is at has confirmed he has been having problems with his asthma and has a case of malaria and he continues to get progressively worse. They need to conduct more tests to find out exactly what is going on and help him but he nor myself have any ability to pay for this..He is a very kind young man and always trying to provide for his family and the orphans in his area via hunting,etc
