Buying A House For Me And My Kids

I’ve struggled being a single mom for a 19 years now. My son’s a freshman in college and my daughter in 6th grade and don’t get help from either father. I naively married my son’s father when I was 20 years old and thought love was enough. Quickly found out it wasn’t, got divorced, then he was deported my our son was only 4. My daughter came as a surprise years later. Her father happens to struggle with his own life and doesn’t have the means to support her. I’ve been trying so hard to get ahead in life. Finally I’m in an era out of financial programs my credit is rising but it’s not enough. I want to buy a house for me and my kids but don’t have a big enough down payment. I want my son to experience living in a family home so he knows what to provide for his family. My daughter too. I just need a hand. The system isn’t built for a person to do all this alone.
