Dear community and supporters,

Peace be with you all.Β

Thank you to everyone who donates and who keeps the Al-Najjar family in their hearts and minds.Β

Fortunately, Azhar is pregnant once again. Her new pregnancy brings new challenges. As the fetus grows, they are taking stored calcium from within Azhar’s body, leading to health problems including severe gum inflammation.

She is trying her best to keep herself and her fetus healthy, but the presence of insects like fleas in the camp is giving her skin rashes and severe itching. She is doing her best to stay clean, but this is highly difficult when her environment is filthy.Β

The Al-Najjars remain steadfast despite the challenges faced while surviving in the Gaza Strip. Your donations help them to maintain their basic needs.

Hi all,

Since this campaign began, there have been many developments in the lives of Azhar and her husband.

Most notably, Azhar has suffered a miscarriage, and the fetus has been lost. In addition to this evoking a tremendous emotional burden, she is experiencing chronic side effects like anemia and urinary tract infections.Β

Azhar and her husband remain living in a tent riddled wth bullet holes. With the recent rains that caused flooding across Palestine, water leaked through the holes in the tent and flooded personal items.Β

They have many needs this winter like warm clothes, blankets, and mattresses to stay warm and dry; corrective glasses to help with severe vision impairment; a gas cylinder with gas to cook with; regular blood tests; and more basic necessities needed to survive.Β

All of the money sent to Azhar is spent at her discretion on her most pressing needs.

Thank you to all who have donated and all who continue to donate in the future.Β

I am Azhar Al-Najjar. I am married and pregnant with my first child. My fetus is at risk due to malnutrition.

My husband is injured in his foot and near the spine. He needs treatment and an operation to remove the shrapnel in order for him to fully recover. My husband and I had a warm and cozy house, but the war came and the house was completely destroyed.

We lack food and need flour.Β  Due to its high price we could not buy it. Now we live on salt and water only, help us and save us from death.

We were displaced to another area and put up a tent, but it was destroyed two months ago. Now my husband and I have no shelter.

Please, we need a tent and food πŸ’”πŸ˜πŸ’”πŸ’” Save my husband and my unborn child and save me πŸ’”πŸ˜
