Help A Disabled Veteran Build Horse Haven

I am trying to raise money so I can finish my dream of building my horse boarding facility with track systems for the horses. I am 100 percent disabled veteran, and what we make is not enuf to make ends meet. Been at this dream for the last 3 years and I am at an impass. If u can help.
