Hello my names Nelson Forero
On February 14 th I was working and suffered a brain aneurysm at work. Luckily I was able to make it to my office and tell my supervisor to call an ambulance the ambulance took me to the hospital and I've been hospitalized since awaiting a 3rd surgery to fix a malformation in my Brain. Sadly my employer is not paying me since its not a workers comp case so in the mean time I haven't been able to pay my bills or medical insurance I have 4 kids who depend on me and are asking for help to pay my bills and stay afloat for a few months while I return to work.
