While women’s wrestling has made incredible strides in popularity and visibility, far too many of its stories, trailblazers, and achievements have gone undocumented or underappreciated. This project was created to change that. The idea came from the team behind Women’s Wrestling Talk, the #1 women’s wrestling show on the planet. After years of interviews, coverage, and celebrating the culture of women's wrestling, the founder saw a pressing need: a centralized, comprehensive platform that preserves history, honours legacy, and amplifies every voice in the ring. The Women’s Wrestling Archive exists to spotlight every corner of women’s wrestling — from indie favourites and regional standouts to international legends and rising stars. It’s more than just a website; it’s a living archive, a digital museum, and a powerful reminder that women’s wrestling matters. Although it shares a lineage with Women’s Wrestling Talk, The Archive stands on its own — a community-powered initiative to ensure that the women who shaped and continue to shape this industry are never forgotten.
