Help Jessica Fight Breast Cancer and Support Her Young Son
Hey everyone!
I’m starting this GoFundMe for someone very near and dear to my heart.. my bestfriend Jessica, a strong, sweet, gentle hearted and loving 32-year-old single mom who is now facing one of the hardest battles of her life — stage 2 breast cancer.
Jessica is the kind of person who would give the shirt off her back to help someone else.. To know her is to love her, and it is to also know this is one of the many battles she’s been dealt with over the last few years. She works extremely hard to provide for her son as well as has always done everything she can to give him the best life possible. The phone call she received several weeks back was not one that she was expecting or prepared for in the least bit .. financially, mentally or emotionally. But as if this news wasn’t devastating enough, her mom, her biggest supporter passed away around this exact time last year, which she is still coping with, and she’s been doing it all on her own ever since.
As she begins chemotherapy and treatment, she will have to take time off work to focus on healing. Between medical bills, travel to appointments, and everyday expenses like rent, groceries, and caring for her son Vander, it is more than what she is able to afford right now.
Jessica is a fighter, a hell of one at that, but no one should have to fight this battle without support. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward helping her cover treatment costs and keep her and her son stable during this difficult time.
