April is a 39 year old mother of three who is currently suffering from a long term disability that is undiagnosed at this point. She is partially paralyzed from the neck down and has lost the ability to walk or preform basic tasks such as feeding and bathing herself. Her disability has also left her with delusions, hallucinations, and chronic pain. She is currently receiving at home care from her mother, father, and daughter who lack the funds to provide all of the medical supplies that she requires. We are asking for the funds necessary to aide her and her family through her recovery.
