I’m so excited to share that this October, I will be returning to Guatemala on a mission trip to serve at CANICA children’s home in San Marcos, but this time my nephew Joey would like to join the team. I am excited to share this part of my life with him and to once again see God move.
I have been visiting CANICA since 2013 and am excited to see what God continues to do in the hearts of these children and their surrounding community. CANICA is a safe haven for children who have experienced hardship, and exists to provide love, care, and hope. During our time there, my team and I will be helping with daily needs, spending quality time with the kids, and assisting with any repairs and upgrades they may need,showing God’s love in both practical and heartfelt ways.
However, to make this trip possible, I’m raising $3,000 to cover the costs of travel, food, and supplies.
We need prayers more than anything else. Pray for the children and the workers that are with them everyday. Pray for safe travels and health of that team. Pray that we accomplish what God would have us do on this trip.
