We have dreamed of becoming parents for a long time. What we thought would be a simple and joyful journey into parenthood has instead become a long road filled with doctor visits,3 failed iui’s, treatments, waiting, heartbreak, and sometimes hope.Over the years we have faced infertility and the emotional weight that comes with it. There have been moments of excitement and moments of deep disappointment. Recently, we even experienced the pain of a chemical pregnancy, a moment where for a short time we believed our miracle was finally here, only to have our hearts broken again. For a few brief days we were mom and dad, and those days will always hold a special place in our hearts.Despite the grief and challenges, we haven’t given up on the dream of growing our family.IVF is now the next step in our journey. While we do have insurance, our clinic does not accept Anthem/BCBS, which means many of the services through our fertility clinics including blood work, andrology, and embryology  must be paid out of pocket.This journey has been emotionally and financially overwhelming, but we continue to move forward with faith, hope, and the support of the people around us.Thank you for standing with us, praying for us, and believing in our future family.
