Help Libby Fight Breast Cancer—Again
In 2021, I fought breast cancer and underwent a bilateral mastectomy. Not long after, I unexpectedly lost my husband. With no life insurance, I was left raising our three children and supporting our family on my own while continuing to work as a registered nurse.
Now, my cancer is back.
I am facing chemotherapy, travel to MD Anderson, radiation, lymph node dissection surgery, and a hysterectomy. Treatment will mean significant medical and travel expenses, as well as time away from work.
As a nurse, I’m used to caring for others, so asking for help is not easy. My children have already lost their dad, and more than anything, I want to get through this and be here to watch them grow up.
Donations will help with treatment, travel, household expenses, and lost income. If you’re unable to donate, sharing my story means just as much.
I beat cancer once, and I’m ready to fight again. I have three beautiful reasons to keep fighting and a life I’m not finished living.
Thank you for helping me and my family through this.
