I have recently been accepted as a state finalist in the Miss North Carolina USA pageant!
This prestigious event will take place August 29-31, 2025, in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The North Carolina USA and South Carolina USA pageant systems are among the most competitive and respected in the country, and I am incredibly honored to have been chosen from other applicants.
This competition is an incredible opportunity for personal and professional growth. I am confident that I can do well, and I know it will open many doors for my future. If I earn the title of Miss North Carolina USA, I will proudly represent our state at the national Miss USA® pageant.
My Road to Miss North Carolina USA
This year has tested me in ways I never expected. From a sudden layoff to overwhelming health struggles, I’ve faced setback after setback. For a while, it felt like the rug was pulled out from under me. However in the midst of this chaos, something beautiful happened and I found deeper purpose.
I rooted myself in the one true foundation that has always sustained me: my faith. I began pouring myself into wellness, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. I launched a book club to create a safe space for sisterly community and began living with intention. I also learned to commit to my dreams and in the woman God is forming me into.
It’s been over a decade since I last stood on a pageant stage and now I return not as a little girl chasing a crown but as a woman walking in her calling with purpose!
The Miss North Carolina USA stage represents so much more than competition. For me, it’s a platform to show that your story doesn’t disqualify you, it actually really prepares you. As Philippians 1:6 says, “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
I believe God qualifies the called and I hope through this experience of me showing up authentically that His light shines through me, and others are reminded of the healing, joy, and purpose that is within them.
I sincerely hope you will choose to celebrate this event with me and I greatly appreciate your consideration in making a contribution!
Sincerely,
Jasmine Jeter
