Over the last year 1127 Oconee St has been not only our home, but a community space for house shows and touring artists. After being short on rent for 2 months and coming to an agreement about paying the amount owed, our landlord has taken us to court and tripled the total. We have a very short deadline to keep us from being evicted. The total that we will have to pay after court fees and other expenses is much higher than the goal on here. Everyone that lives at the house works a good job and can make this happen, but we would be extremely grateful for any help.
