Hi my name is Jacque Taylor. On January 17 ,2026 my 23 year old daughter, Faith Taylor, went to the er because she was having chest pains. The doctor decided to draw her blood and found abnormal cells. We were rushed to advent hospital women’s tower Bone marrow transplant floor where we lived for a month and a half. She found out she has aml (leukemia), she was rushed to surgery to have 600 milliliters of fluid drained from around her heart, she was in a drug induced coma for 24 hours in icu, and did her first round of chemo. We went home results down to 4% blasts. Second round not as strong out patient. And month of that…….
2 days ago she was admitted for her 3rd round. The strongest round because instead of going down her numbers went up.
Faith has lived on her own since was 19. She had a great job, a great life. Her savings account is running low and we have no idea when she will be back at work. So we are trying to raise enough money to pay her rent and her bills for a year. So she can solely focus on kicking cancers ass and not her bills.
thank you for taking the time to read my daughters story.
Jacque
