I aggregate donated woodworking supplies that are distributed free of charge to a dozen high schools and one veterans PTSD woodworking program in the Willamette Valley and coast region of Oregon. The materials are used to supplement meager CTE budgets. I do not charge anything for these materials but have been paying expenses out of my own pocket. I am retired.
I currently have 3 significant donations of sheet goods and hardwood waiting to be picked up that will require a professional trucking company to transport. One donation is in Modesto, CA. Approximately $5000 will be used to hire trucking.
The additional $5000 will be used to purchase a used propane powered forklift to move materials at my donated warehouse space in Woodburn OR.
Any monies not spent on the above 2 items will be used to establish a non-profit for future operations.
