I'm not sure where to start, and if you know me, knew my mom or dad, or any of the stories from then until now, I guess you have some context.
But since my mom passed in 2023, it's been extreme highs (the births of my children) and extreme lows (battling the alcoholism i avoided for years, debt and legal issues I was still dealing with from that, dealing with the loss of my mom, high risk-pregnancy, learning how to BE a mom, and struggling with post partum depression on top of a bipolar diagnosis.)
My lease ends october 3rd. Between keeping up with car payments (and recently spending over 1000$ on repairing it less than 60 days after getting it), having terrible credit and a previous eviction from a slumlord, I am at a loss. I've tried personal loans, gotten completely screwed on short term loans and cash advances. I have to uber to work, and my SNAP got taken away because of documents not attached to my application properly.
Fast forward to now. Amazing job, made sure to prioritize my mental health during this pregnancy and after. Our living situation currently is not what my kids deserve, not after what they've done in saving me. I'm just never going to be too proud to ask for help when it comes to them, they deserve the world. Anything will go to moving costs, daycare debts, utilities, or furniture. I'm finally doing the things I need to for the people i've lost, the people who put up with my shit for too long, and for the people i've gained that deserve the best, and the best version of me.
Anybody can feel free to reach out.
UPDATE 10/2: WE GOT APPROVED FOR AN APARTMENT! Extremely excited, and unreasonably grateful for anyone who's donated or helped. We DO now have to stay at our current place for the ten days until our new place is ready, but hopefully this is a big step in a good direction. Currently waiting to find out more about how much they'll charge us for that prorated period, and if we can make it work, so please keep sharing. Anything is going to be used for moving/deposits/fees any any overdue bills/any deposits for utilities.
My little family appreciates you.
