Kyra Herring has been invited to play softball in the international competition called "The Cup" in Europe, and this is a dream come true for her. For those who know Kyra, you know how deeply she loves the sport—her passion started at age nine and has only grown stronger. She’s the kind of kid who brings her softball uniform to orchestra concerts, so she can change right after performing and rush to the ball field, never wanting to let her teammates down. Kyra has managed to keep up good grades in school, hold a job for the past year and a half, and play for her high school team, a travel team two hours away, a local travel team, and even guest plays for other teams to help her friends. Her commitment to softball, her friends, and her family is unwavering, all while making sure she has a childhood full of good memories.
Kyra’s dedication extends beyond the field. She’s always looking out for animals and has a heart for children with disabilities, building lasting friendships and volunteering for fundraising efforts. Now, as she prepares to represent her team internationally, the costs for travel, boarding, meals, and tournament fees are significant. Any support you can offer will help Kyra seize this incredible opportunity and continue making a positive impact both on and off the field. Thank you for considering a donation to help Kyra pursue her softball dreams and represent her community on a global stage.
