Fast forward to 2023, We are setting up three scholarships this year in memory of three very important hospitality friends that we have lost.
Agriculture scholarship in memory of Farmer Dan Oles who was instrumental in the farm to table movement in WNY.
Hospitality scholarship in memory of William (Billy) Logue who has the grace of a dancer & the personality of a king.
Culinary scholarship in memory of Chef Dan Borelli who's influence on young chefs in Buffalo was tremendous.
All three of these gentlemen are sorely missed for their passion, dedication, love & friendship. We know they were always proud to be a part our the western new york food & beverage community.
