Recently my long distance girlfriend and I adopted a kitten named Hocus. For the past few days she has had a stuffy nose and then last night she stopped eating and drinking. Today the vet told us that she likely has Feline Infection Peritonitis and would not last the week. The only other option they gave us was to put her down. We are both in college now, my girlfriend (who took the cost of the kitten) is putting herself entirely through college. We cannot afford the vet bill and we really need help. I understand if you can’t give anything, but please any amount would help. We will find a way, but we do not know how, and we really do not have the money to spare. Please if you have anything to give, please. It is heartbreaking and humiliating to write this. We love you Hocus.
