On June 17th, we were coming home from work & a doctor's appointment in Cooperstown, NY, when someone passed us at over 60mph on a double yellow line. My partner, Craig, flipped him off (as you do in these situations) and the guy break checked us.
Our 2011 Subaru Outback is now totaled.
We have no car. We have no way of affording a replacement.
So, I'm here, looking for help.
We have around $4k in savings because the car needed some engine work. Thank goodness we hadn't gotten that done yet.
That will do for a down-payment, but clear us out financially.
So, we humbly come to the internet to ask for help.
