Becky has dedicated her life to helping others. Whether it is her children, her friends, or her students at school, Becky has never hesitated to help out when necessary. However, Becky is not one to ask for help, even when she was battling breast cancer.
Despite all of the treatments she endured over the last few years, the cancer has metastasized to her bones, making it difficult to work. As of now, there is no known cure for her current condition and due to the wear and tear on her body, she has had to step away from her job. She has filed for disability, but there is a lengthy waiting period before she will receive monetary support.
We are asking for support to help Becky, Ryan, and their four boys, to make up for the wages lost before disability begins.
The Kazmaier’s hold a special place in USD 458 (Basehor-Linwood), with Becky and Ryan working at both the upper schools for the last two decades and their children attending the ELC, all the way to the high school.
If you know Becky, she is not thrilled about asking for help, but has begrudgingly allowed us to set this up to help support their family. Please share this far and wide. This family deserves all the support and love we can provide them.
