Help us convert our 4.75 acre property into a you pick flower farm!
Our dream is to use our land to help provide for our growing family and build something we can pass down to our son, Henry.
Our farm will be laid out like botanical garden featuring predominantly native flowers that you can pick from to build your own bouquet. We'll have special events like flower arranging classes and animal rescue fundraisers, and offer field trips to local preschools and community youth programs to educate younger generations about the importance of supporting pollinators with native plants.
We already have interest from local bee keepers and bakers to sell their products in our roadside market.
Any funding received will go toward clearing a portion of our land, installing a gravel parking lot and sheltered checkout/market area, an outdoor "classroom" with picnic tables for children to plant their own native flower seedling to take home, and procuring plants, seeds and other gardening equipment.
