I’m reaching out with a humble heart. I was recently informed that I was given incorrect information about my monthly insurance payments, which has left me with an unexpected balance of about $600 due immediately. Without payment, I risk losing my coverage at a time when I need it most.
I’ve been out of work for the past six months due to medical reasons and have completely exhausted my paid leave and disability benefits. I’m currently awaiting approval for light duty so I can return to work and get back on my feet, but in the meantime, I’ve been doing DoorDash just to cover the bare essentials like food, gas, and bills.
