Our family is heartbroken by the sudden loss of our dad, Jerry Swanson.
Although Daddy left this Earth peacefully, his passing was unexpected, and our family is now facing the difficult task of saying goodbye while also handling the expenses that come with settling his affairs.
Pride is a trait that he definitely left with my sister and I. So asking for help is difficult for us both, but we know how much everyone loved him and truly want to help in any way possible.
So many have reached out to ask how. The initial cost of the cremation was loaned to us so we didn't have that stress in the first week of his passing. In addition to his end-of-life expenses, we will also have legal fees required to settle his estate. While Daddy did his best to take care of things throughout his life, we just didn't expect this to happen so soon. I guess no one ever does.
We have been surrounded by nothing but love from our people these past several days. That will never be forgotten nor taken for granted. He always made sure we had the best of the best in our lives.
