Join us in raising funds for orphaned Ariel Zohar, who lost his entire family on Oct 7th in honor of his upcoming Bar Mitzvah these funds will allow him to rebuild his life and his community at Kibbutz Nahal Oz.
Ariel Zohar tragically lost his entire family during the massacres on October 7th. He went for his regular morning jog and while he was out, Hamas terrorists broke into his home and killed his father, his mother, and his two sisters. Ariel is the only survivor and has now been adopted by his aunt and uncle.
Ariel will be called to the Torah to become a Bar-Mitzvah in December with the Tefillin that was retrieved from his Kibbutz that was worn by is 90-year-old Grandfather that survived the Holocaust who also became an orphan at age 14. We want to help him as he is rebuilding his life from this tragic event. We are raising money for Ariel who would also like to give tzedakah to Kibbutz Nahal Oz, the community where he grew up.
We started this fundraiser as when we saw Ariel’s face at his family’s funeral it touched us both in ways we are finding it hard to put in words. As descendants of Holocaust survivors, we never want history to repeat itself.
Through a friend we have been able to make contact with Ariel's uncle and assure you that all proceeds go directly to Ariel.
