I'm a single mom living in Convent, Louisiana, doing my best to create a stable and loving home for my two adventurous boys. They're at that wonderfully curious age where every day is an adventure, whether they're exploring outdoors or inventing games that make us all laugh. It's just the three of us, pulling together through the hard times, and I'm so proud of their warm spirits.
Right now, I'm balancing school and part-time work, dreaming of the day when I graduate and can give my boys everything they deserve. But without a support system, it feels like I'm constantly running uphill. This fundraiser is a step toward giving us a more secure life, where we can eat well, have a place to call our own, and even a car to get us there.
