On Friday, August 15th, our family was devastated to learn that our beloved uncle, Dale Hansen, was brutally and unexpectedly taken from us. His tragic and violent passing has left us heartbroken, shocked, and grappling with overwhelming grief.
Dale was a father, a brother, an uncle, and a friend — someone who brought light and laughter to those around him. His loss has not only created an emotional void but has also brought unexpected financial burdens during an already painful time.
Due to the sudden nature of this tragedy, Dale had no plans or financial resources in place for funeral expenses. The responsibility has now fallen on my mother, Renae Cole, and Dale’s daughter — a bright, strong young woman who is just 20 years old and currently in college. They are doing everything they can to honor his life and give him the farewell he deserves, but they cannot do it alone.
