Ok so here’s what we know so far today.
Her temp is bouncing around 102-104 they pack her in ice to bring it down. She had the head MRI but they can’t do the spinal tap until tomorrow because they gave her blood thinners last night (it’s hospital protocol) so it has to be 24hrs.
The neurologist is 99% sure it’s meningitis but they need the ST to determine treatment. She’s now on oxygen 2ltr and she’s gained 40 pounds of fluid.
Anything to help bring her some comfort and to be able to get her the things that sound good when she asks is great!
