Hi, my name is Adam and as of April 28th 2026, I will have not seen or talked to my daughter via FaceTime in two years. My daughter currently lives with my ex wife in another state and has barred all access to my daughter. She hasn’t allowed me to visit in person in 3 years as of May 7th, and stopped FaceTimes a year ago. During the divorce and custody hearing, she ended up with full custody because I didn’t have a lawyer. In our divorce papers I got supervised visitation because she used me being trans to allude that I am “a danger to our daughter”. My ex wife is illegally withholding our daughter from me. I am raising funds to retain a lawyer and for travel expenses back and forth to the court dates as well as lodging whilst I’m there. I am not someone that asks for help, ever. I don’t even want to now, but I can’t go any longer without seeing my daughter.
