Hello friends and family,
I’m not usually one to come online and ask for help—I always try to figure things out on my own—but right now I’m going out on a limb. I don’t have a sob story; I’m just genuinely struggling, and that’s the truth.
Recently, I made a mistake while trying to turn off internet service on my iPad through the AT&T app. Instead of just removing that feature, I accidentally cancelled the installment plans on both my sister’s and my iPads. Because of that, I now owe the remaining balance upfront, and my bill has jumped to $1,314.15—the highest I’ve ever had. For perspective, my regular phone bill is usually around $130–$140, so this is a huge and unexpected increase.
You might wonder why I don’t have savings to fall back on. The honest answer is that every paycheck goes straight to my responsibilities—my car note, car insurance, childcare, and basic necessities. By the time those are covered, there’s nothing left to put aside.
I’ve done everything I can to try and fix this. I’ve called AT&T with no luck, and I even tried applying for loans, but was denied due to credit. Unfortunately, if I don’t pay this by the 25th, my services will be cut off completely—and I need my phone to work, take care of my responsibilities, and stay connected with family.
This is truly my last resort. I’m so appreciative of anything—big or small—that anyone is willing to give. Even just sharing means the world. Thank you all so much for your love, kindness, and support. ❤️
