Every child deserves a safe place to sleep, a nutritious meal, and the chance to go to school. Unfortunately, for many vulnerable children in Makindye slums of Kampala Uganda, this basic reality is out of reach.My name is Louis sselemba. Leader of smile Africa kids and I am fundraising to support a fully registered Organization , Smile Africa development initiative. Every day, we the care givers provide a lifeline to children who have been orphaned, displaced, or come from extreme poverty.The Reality on the Ground:In this region, countless families face profound hardships. Many of these children have lost one or both parents, leaving them struggling for basic necessities. The heartbreaking reality is that without outside help, these children face severe food insecurity, a lack of access to medical care, and are forced to drop out of school.
