Dear community friend,
My name is Adrian Galloway and I am 15 years old. I’ve been an athlete with the DNA Basketball Family for the last 2 years. We are a traveling team that competes all over the MidWest and successfully won 1st place championships in the following cities:
-Portland, OR
-Las Vegas, NV
-Los Angelos, CA
-Nampa, ID
-Salt Lake City, UT
With our success, we are now participating in the Adidas Gold Circuit this year, with higher competition and college recruiting opportunities. Outside of AAU basketball, I was a member of the 7th grade Robert Stuart Basketball Team, ending the 2022 season with a 13-0 record, and had the same success on the Robert Stuart 8th grade Basketball team, winning the 2023 Conference Championships with an undefeated record 2 years in a row.
This year I met a personal goal of making the Twin Falls High School Varsity basketball team as a freshman (something that hasn’t been done for the last 20 years)! I also made the only in-game dunk for my team (which hasn’t been done in 5 years). An exciting opportunity I was just given, was my first official college basketball scholarship to the College of Southern Idaho after graduation. I continue to maintain a high GPA of 3.7 while taking honors classes; and I strive to give my best on and off the court. My post-high school goal is to earn a basketball scholarship for a Division 1 University, and play professional basketball as an adult. I know I have a long way to go, but I am determined, and I know my travel competition is helping me reach my dreams.
I am asking for support in sponsoring my DNA fees and travel costs including flights, gas, and lodging. My goal is to raise $5,000 for this summer season. DNA is in partnership with the Jerome Rec Center who has a non-profit sector for tax write-offs if applicable.
