My name is Brittney, I make this campaign to help this family survive.
Tariq’s story in his words:
“My name is Tariq Ghanem. I am a resident of Gaza City. I was born there and I still live there. Hello, I am forty years old and my wife is thirty-seven years old. God has blessed me with six children, three boys and three girls. Hello, of course I do not work due to the war conditions, as there is no work available in addition to my injury, which prevents me from working. I was displaced from my house, which was completely destroyed, and I now live in a tent after I was in a beautiful and safe house. I swear my tent consists of a collection of old and torn curtains, but they cover the situation. By God, we suffer from extreme heat during the day, and at night we complain of mosquito bites, the presence of mice, and weeds. As for my financial situation, thank God, it is below zero because I do not have a stable source of income or work. My children complain about the lack of food and clothes, and what affects me the most is my young child, Muhammad, who keeps asking for money and sweets and tells me: I wish, Dad, I have something nice to eat, I wish I had new clothes, and I wish I could go to school like the rest of the children. His older sister, Judy, asks for summer clothes because she has no clothes since we left our house without taking anything with us. Hello, even if the children have grown and need bigger clothes now. What hurts me most is their increasing requests, despite my inability to provide any of them for them. I complain about my concern to God. Perhaps our Lord will be relieved. Praise be to God in every situation. I ask Him to help us and give us patience in what we are in.”
