I need help finding and bringing home My Pepper.
She is my 1 year old German shepherd/Husky. And is most important thing in my life.
Having to leave town in March, and not being able to bring Pepper I had to make arrangements for a foster home. An Employee at O’Reillys In Molalla,Oregon had told me he would foster her. Offered several times. Pepper and I were in this store multiple times a week, and she was considered a mascot of sorts where she was treated like family, and I was very comfortable with trusting them. She was as familiar with them as anyone having been going there her whole life. Its where I dropped her off before leaving town.
Once gone I lost contact with them and tried to send people to check for me but the information I got was very confusing and they ignored all attempts by my family to find her on my behalf. Well I finally got back in June, went to O’Reillys to get information on where my dog is. I was told she stayed with multiple employees at O’Reillys for the first 3 weeks, which was never what we agreed upon, and the manager decided to keep her and give her away. All without my consent or knowledge. She had problems getting along with other dogs, which is not how Pepper is at all. So she was given to a foster home who also had the same problems and then another and then ultimately who she ended up with is being kept from me by the person who gave her away. My leaving apparently affected her a great deal. We have never been apart for more than an hour in her entire life. She is everything to me and I take her everywhere I go. My heart literally feels like it’s breaking. And she was never anyones to give away.
I need my dog back, it’s clear that she belongs with me and she needs me back. I’m scared she will be given up on because she is misunderstood and has none of these problems when she is with me. Her heart is as broken as mine and she was only supposed to stay with one person for the 3 months and then be returned to me. She doesn’t deserve this and could end in her being labeled something she is not and lose her life.
I'm raising money to pay for the search and recovery of her as well as the legal costs and attorney fees to find her and bring her home. Police say it's a civil matter and is my only hope to get my girl back.
I don’t know what to do but I have to track her down. She changed my life after losing Bean my dog who tragically died a year before I got pepper. I never thought I’d be whole again, until the day I took Pepper Home. She made that hole in my heart disappear. That dog is my life and I am so upset about how this all happened. I do whatever it takes and pay whatever it takes until I find her. But I'm now out of funds and the costs of getting her back are too much. Please Come Home Pepper. I love you
