Chicagoland Ice Theatre Inspirations is a Unified Adaptive team based in Crystal Lake, Illinois. CITI is a team made up of skaters and mentors from the Chicagoland area with various mental and physical disabilities. Our team portrays plays, stories, and themes on ice with costumes, makeup, and scenery!
Through CITI, our skaters learn to improve their fine and gross motor coordination, learn and practice important social skills, compete and gain confidence in a supportive environment, and develop friendships.
This year, our team was invited to skate at Nations Cup, an international competition, held in Lansing, Michigan in April. Additionally, our team will be traveling to Irvine, California to compete in the 2026 Theatre on Ice National Competition in June.
