Dojo4LifeGoal

My kids started Karate in the fall of 2019. They have grown much in their karate journey, developing integrity and discipline in addition to physical fitness. Their existing dojo is closing as the head of the school retires. The Sensei that has taught them the Kajukenpo style (a combination of Japanese & Hawaiian martial arts) is fulfilling a lifetime dream by opening his own dojo. His aim is to continue developing students abililities to defend themselves and others and also share the cultures and the values that developed the karate art that he has dedicated his life to sharing. My family wants to see the dream fulfilled. Specifically, this fundraiser is for the special 2" mats that are needed in order to learn the techniques (especially falls) in a safe manner since the floor of the new dojo is concrete instead of wood.
