Help Billy Heal: Support Our Family's Recovery

Yesterday August 27th, 2026 my fiancé got into a horrible car accident which ended in him getting life flighted to allegheny trauma unit. So far he has 6 fracture vertebrae’s in his back, 1 fracture vertebrae in his neck, temple fracture behind his right ear and multiple lacerations in his left arm. I thought our lives were at an all time high with our wedding coming September and the announcement of us being first time parents. I’m not the type of person that has ever asked for help so this is very hard for me. We currently have no medical insurance and Billy is a huge source of income for our soon to be family. The medical bills and rehabilitation ahead of us will be impossible for us with just my income.
