Me and My Alleged Child’s Father of my second son has been in a legal dispute since July. On July 11th 2025 I went and got a CO on him in Chicago due to him saying and doing things out of context regarding our child and towards me. He went and got a CO on me July 14th 2025 in Markham. My child has been in my custody before the CO and I was always the primary and custodial parent. The court has given this man Primary custody and gave me the weekend due to a Voluntary Parental Plan that me and him signed. My son is now 10 months and his dad has been trying to get custody and full rights on my child. I need help in getting a lawyer to take my case. I need my son back in my custody. The father has lied and said I wants the benefits for my child. This man has went to the aide office and wic and took all my benefits away pertaining to our child. He’s using my baby as a pawn. I don’t want anything from him but my child. He can get weekends and I continue to get my son during the week or whenever.
