Our hearts are breaking as we write this.
Our beloved cat, Shadow, is only 2 years old. He is a beautiful male Bombay who has brought endless love, comfort, laughter, and happiness into our home. He’s more than a pet—he’s family. He greets us at the door, curls up beside us when we need comfort, and fills our days with unconditional love.
Just days ago, our world was turned upside down. Shadow became critically ill and was rushed to the emergency veterinarian, where we learned he has a severe urinary blockage and bladder infection. His only chance of survival is an emergency Perineal Urethrostomy (PU) surgery.
Without this life-saving surgery, we will be forced to make the heartbreaking decision to let Shadow cross the Rainbow Bridge.
We simply cannot imagine our home without him. He is so young, with so much life left to live, and we believe he deserves the chance to grow old surrounded by the family who loves him so deeply.
