Roosevelt White III also known as RVel succumbed to his demise on Sept 11th 2023. He leaves to cherish his only child his daughter Amarah, his 4 brothers: Randale, Ryan, Raemond, and Raw’Shuad in which they all share the same mother, Carlisa White-Moore, and other brothers and sisters on his dad side. Due to the unexpected circumstances we’re needing assistance to help provide Rosie with a proper burial. There isn’t enough words to put into place to really describe how ✨beautiful his heart 💖was, how intelligent 🧠 he was, his talent 🗣️🎤 was unmatched. He will be truly😞 missed and was deeply❤️🩹 loved.
