Hello everyone,
My name is Erin, and I am navigating a major life transition right now with my young son, Julian. Due to unexpected changes and a sudden family separation, we are having to leave our current living situation and find a new place to call home in the New Orleans area.
Like many single parents facing sudden changes, I am working hard to get our footing, but building a fresh start from scratch comes with unexpected hurdles. Right now, I am trying to raise funds to help cover our basic transition costs—such as temporary lodging, securing a safe new apartment for Julian and me, and getting us through these next few weeks.
Julian is my top priority, and I want to make sure this shift is as smooth and stable for him as possible. Any contribution toward our moving fund, or even just sharing our story with others, means the world to us.
