Hi friends and family,
At the end of June, I will be headed to Nashville for a personal 1 on 1 Christian counseling intensive. This comes highly recommended by the team of professionals Robby and I have had come along side of us in our recovery journey. Robby participated in a similar intensive at the beginning of the year, and we recently went to a weekend couples intensive.
A 3-day 1 on 1 intensive can accomplish 4-6 months of individual therapy. This is critical for me in the timeline of our recovery.
We have estimated the total cost will be about $7250 to cover the counseling, lodging, travel and meals for 4 nights, 5 days. We have been given enough so far to put down an 50% deposit and are trying to raise the rest of the funds by the first day of the intensive, June 22nd.
I am clinging to the hope of more healing from this one on one therapy and time with the Lord as it is a treatment modality that I haven’t experienced yet.
