Hello! My name is Stella Downey, and I am your Miss West Chester University 2024. My CSI is Stars in the Spotlight: Shining a Light on Those of All Abilities. Stars in the spotlight aims to uplift the experiences of those with disabilities as well as raise awareness about institutional child abuse. I am entering my third year at West Chester University as a Women and Gender Studies Major with a Special Education Minor.
